Service Description

Booking your private party/event with Beyond the Design includes: -All materials and tools needed for the completion of the project selected for up to 10 painters -Guided instructions by a professional instructor. -2.5 hours of instruction time. -Beyond the Design does not provide food or beverages, but you may bring cake/snacks and beverages (no alcoholic beverages). -Each attendee will leave with a custom project that they will be proud to display at home. Here is how it works: 1. Select your Date and time from our calendar. 2. Select how you would like to set up registration for your party. (3 options - Each guest pays for their project – host pays an amount towards total cost of party – host pays for entire party. 3. Determine if your guests are completing the same project or if they will be picking their own project. 4. Pay a deposit of $75 at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of the party, if option 2 or 3 of registration is selected. 5. Once all the details are determined, Beyond the Design will put together a registration page specific to the private party/event. We will also provide the host with a link to the registration page. ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PARTY/EVENT. Late registration will be charged a rush fee of $10 in addition to the project/registration fee. Late registration is not guaranteed. 6. Remind your guests to register for the event using the registration link emailed to you. It is not the responsibility of Beyond the Design to get guests to register for the party/event. 7. It is event day. Be sure to have the space for the party ready 1 hour prior to the event. The instructor will need use of a garbage can and water/sink during the event and for clean up afterwards. 6. Take pictures during the event and enjoy the memories you are all creating. 9. Clean up time! Everyone is welcome to enjoy their new projects and new found creativity while the staff cleans up the space.
