Youth Mobile Party

Service Description

Booking your Youth mobile private party/event with Beyond the Design includes: -All materials and tools needed for the completion of the project selected for up to 10 painters (additional painters are $25/ea). -Guided instructions by a professional instructor. -3.5 hours of an instructors time (includes set up/instruction time/cleanup). -Each attendee will leave with a custom project that they will be proud to display at home. Here is how it works: 1. Select your Date and time from our calendar. 2. Select the project for the party (keep in mind the ages of attendees). 3. Pay a deposit of $75 at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of the party. 4. Invite your friends/family to the Private Party and provide BTD with a final headcount 3 days prior to the event. 4. Remind your guests about the party 1 day prior to the event. (We do provide aprons, but we suggest clothing they don't mind getting dirty in.) 5. The instructor will arrive 30-45 minutes before the party to set up. Please have tables ready to be covered. 6. Take pictures during the event and enjoy the kids while they find joy in their creations. 7. That’s it – clean up is on us, we just need a garbage can and a sink to clean up tools! **please note - we have a 10 mile radius for the $300 party fee.
